Raw Material Collection

Carbonization
The prepared sawdust is carbonized under controlled conditions to produce high-quality charcoal material.
Grinding & Mixing
The charcoal is processed into a fine powder and mixed with a natural binder without the use of chemicals.
Briquette Pressing
The charcoal mixture is compressed into briquettes according to the required size, shape, and specifications.
Drying & Quality Control
The briquettes are dried to achieve the required moisture level and checked for size, density, strength, and overall quality.
Packing & Transportation
Finished briquettes are packed according to customer requirements, carefully loaded, and prepared for transportation to their destination.
